  3. This button invokes the ToolKit‚Ñ¢ Dialog Editor which is an accessory module that allows you to create real DLOG and DITL resources with a graphical interface, much like that of ResEdit which can be easily controlled with calls to the ToolKit‚Ñ¢ TKdialog XCMD.
